Be careful writing things that aren’t 100% true in interviewing. Even a day later (let alone months later), you will not remember what is true from the customer perspective and what is speculation. Take care here because what you base future decisions and actions on needs to be true. You may feel like your customer interview is much more productive when you are furiously scribbling dozens of takeaways, but it’s often better to get a handful of really solid takeaways as compared to a ton of flimsy takeaways.
