Yes, there is such a thing as too many ideas. Corporate innovation is not an “idea” problem. If you were to create a company contest and challenge your employees to come up with the next “big idea,” in all likelihood you would receive hundreds (if not thousands) of ideas. Too many ideas is just as bad as not enough.
